Maintenance specialist Homeserve expects its profits in the six-month period to 30 September to be up on the same period last year.rnThe firm, which sells insurance policies against the need for emergency repairs and then carries out the maintenance and repair work itself, has increased its customer numbers.rnIt said it was on track to achieve up to 4 per cent growth in its customer numbers for the full year.rnA trading statement released to the stock exchange last week said: "We continue to look forward to delivering another year of strong growth and we remain on track to achieve our full year 3-4rnper cent customer growth target."
