Commercial sector to recover from 2011

The commercial sector will enter a recovery phase from 2011, according to the Construction Products Association.rnThe sector typically displays a lag between rising economic activity, leading to higher demand, and construction of new space. Often there can be a three-year gap between a project being approved and being completed. Over the next three years, the effects of increasing levels of demand, lack of available space and a raft of lease expiries from contracts signed in the late 1980s and mid 1990s, will play perfectly into the hands of developers.
