Kershaw Roofing recently completed a large retail project for Marks & Spencer in Torbay, near Shoreham, on the south coast. Due to its expertise in roofing, cladding and structural steel, the company provided the whole building envelope for the development, which included replacing an existing store roof and providing the building envelope for a new 2,000 m extension. The existing roof was replaced while the store was still operational, which posed its own challenges. Kershaw managing director Malcolm Kersley says: "We operated in two teams, a day and night team, in order to complete the project on time.
