Mace is among the contractors being asked to drive BIM through high-profile projects such as The Place, London Bridge, the 17-storey companion tower to the Shard.rnTurner and Townsend was appointed development project and programme manager to the London Bridge Quarter. The project leader, director Robert Deatker, said the main driver in using BIM on the development ties in reducing risk.
