The debate: retention monies

There have always been risks associated with client-held retention monies, whether they are private or corporate clients. The probability of receiving full retention monies relies on many factors; however, one that is more of a concern at the moment is of course the liquidity of the client. Retention monies are of course held by the client in their own bank account and they are able to utilise these funds as they wish.
