United House- Bertram Street low-carbon retrofit

This project involved the innovative low-carbon retrofit of a three-storey Victorian terraced social house in Camden. It was used to trial a solution for mass-producing eco-retrof its of older housing stock using a new laser measurement technology, while the residents continued to live in the property throughout the work. The eco measures are planned to reduce annual carbon emissions by 77 per cent, said the company.
