Work, which is split into 10 lots, will include the provision of responsive repairs and voids, gas servicing, breakdown and installation, aids and adaptations, external redecorating and capital works contracts, kitchen and bathroom replacements, windows replacements, door replacements, rewiring, reroofing and structural works. The contract will be awarded as one contract as an integrated service or up to 10 separate contracts for each defined lot. There is also a possibility of other local authorities accessing the works during the life of the contract.
