Tender prices tchit rock bottom

Tender price forecasts have been revised downwards to an average fall of more than 1 per cent as the economic climate continues to cloud the industry. The latest CNinsight analysis of forecasts from consultants and the Building Cost Information Service suggests an average tender price fall of 1.2 per cent in 2012, with a rise of just 0.1 per cent next year. Prices are forecast to rise by 2.2 per cent in 2014.
