'Missed opportunity' for social housing

Housebuilders will have to wait until the autumn for details on how the government plans to get social housing projects restarted. The housebuilding sector was left in the dark last week while the infrastructure sector was boosted by details of a guarantee scheme to allow its stalled projects to proceed.
