Construction marketing departments are expecting to increase investment to take advantage of positive sentiments surrounding new work, but aggressive bidding and skills resource are still causes for concern over the coming months. The latest State of the Industry Barometer for Q3 2013 by construction consultants Leading Edge, in association with Construction News and the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Construction Industry Group, showed the highest levels of positivity in a number of measures since the research began in early 2008.
