The Highways Agency and the Environment Agency are working on a GIS map to see where work could be jointly delivered to reduce costs. Construction News understands the two agencies are in the early stages of discussing how they could collaborate, with the potential to share materials and equipment.rnOne example being considered is whether material excavated on an HA job could be supplied for earth works on EA schemes.rnMr Poole said the HA would "engage across [departments] where we can" and had already run "a couple of procurements" with the EA.
