Five years on from the crash, have we learnt our lesson?

The fifth anniversary of the collapse of Lehman Brothers has prompted reflection, with politicians and bankers pontificating about how things have changed for them. But what's changed for us? It's not all about the money. Obviously the period since 2008 has seen a catastrophic decline in projects - particularly publicly funded and PFI infrastructure. Yet it is also worth thinking about how we did things back then and the extent to which the crash has changed how we do things now.
