Cable considering's ronger incentives for prompt payment

Business secretary Vince Cable has told Construction News he is working with construction minister Michael Fallon to assess "better models" of payment used elsewhere in Europe. Dr Cable said the government is looking at how it can ensure main contractors pay their supply chain promptly.
