Established in 2004 and based in Bracknell, Berkshire, PiLON is a building and refurbishment specialist which employs more than 400 people and has an annual turnover of £20 million. Last year saw the company enter the private housing market for the first time and expand geographically in the Midlands and North of England. The judges were impressed with the company's array of projects and its commitment to training and development that provides a career path for its team.
