HOW IT WORKS

TCWCS is open and will remain open for two years. Claimants will be offered two compensatory routes. One will be a fast-track process where blacklisted workers wilt be offered £4,000 to £20,000. Fast-track applicants wilt not need to prove loss of earnings and could receive compensation payment within two weeks. Claims that fall under the 'full review process' wilt be heard by retired High Court judge Sir Colin McKay, independent of the eight contractors. Compensation would be paid to a maximum of £100,000 for any individual claimant within three to six months.
