Laing O'Rourke loses director to U&I

Laing O'Rourke preconstruction director Mark Richardson has left after nearly 40 years with the company. He has joined regeneration specialist developer U+I as the company's director of delivery. Mr Richardson joined Laing O'Rourke in 1979 as a production planner, according to his' Linkedln profile. He has since held senior roles at the contractor, including six years as business unit leader and more than three years as human capital director. He held the role of preconstruction director for more than a year.
