Kier clings onto annual summit as Morgan tops May

Morgan Sindall topped May's monthly contractor table as the value of top 50 wins stabilised and Kier clung to the top of the annual league table. The total value of deals struck during May across the leading 50 contractors dipped to £2.14bn -down just 2.3 per cent on the previous month's £2.19bn. May's total was, however, 40.7 per cent lower than the same month of 2015, when wins hit £3.6lbn, according to construction intelligence provider Glenigan.
