Tram-train delayed until 2018

A completion date has been set for construction of the UK's first ever tram-train project - with work now expected to finish on the £58m scheme two-and-a-half years later than first expected. Network Rail told Construction News that work on the planned link between Sheffield and Rotherham would not be completed until summer 2018.
