Mott MacDonald appoints MD

Mott MacDonald has appointed Mike Haigh as managing director of its global business. Mr Haigh has been promoted from his role as managing director for the consultancy's Europe and Africa arm. His new role will see him in charge of the day-to-day management and operational performance of the company's £1.6bn global business, which employs around 16,000 staff.
