Cladding removal stalls on private sector towers

Only two new projects got under way to replace combustible cladding on private resi buildings during the four weeks to 12 July, according to government statistics. Of the privately owned high-rises found to have aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding systems, 23 had started remediation as of 12 July - only two more than as of 14 June.
