Former Van Elle CEO sells off £4.8m of shares

Departing Van Elle CEO Jon Fenton has decided to sell more than five million shares in the company. A statement to the London Stock Exchange revealed Mr Fenton cashed out 5,614,165 shares at 85p each, earning just under £4.8m for the transaction. Van Elle announced that former Balfour Beatty MD Mark Cutler will be its new CEO in a trading update at the start of the month.
