HS2 backers rally as Oakervee report looms

Figures from the worlds of business, politics and infrastructure have set out the case for pushing on with HS2, ahead of the conclusion of the Oakervee Review of the project. Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation chair Liz Peace said the Old Oak Common development in west London was "entirely dependent" on HS2 going ahead.
