For Erith, 2018 marked the completion of a three-year transformation to ensure a clear majority of training could be delivered in-house. The establishment of its dedicated raining centre and Erith Training Services (ETS) division means it can now provide 90 per cent of all required training courses in-house, whereas prior to 2015, 100 per cent of it was outsourced. The company says the quality of training received has improved with Erith's sessions having fewer participants than external courses, ensuring individuals receive one-to-one involvement with trainers and equipment.
