Ardmore for £30m restoration job

Ardmore has been picked by Far East Consortium (FEC) to deliver £30m worth of restoration work on Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End, North London. The redevelopment will turn the Grade Ⅱ-listed building into a community space that will include an arts centre, a hotel and a roof top bar. There will also be an expansion of a mix of one, two and three-bed apartments over two new additional blocks and the restored Broadway annex which was part of the historic grounds originally built in 1935.
