Osborne inserts Brexit clauses into contracts

Osborne has put clauses into most of its contracts to avoid having to pay damages for problems on projects caused by Brexit, Construction News can reveal. The company's chief executive, Andy Steele, said the firm had been putting "Brexit clauses" into the majority of its contracts since October, when it was looking increasingly likely that the UK would exit the EU without a deal.
