The judges were taken aback with the strength of this category and competition for first place was fierce. But, in the end, it was NG Bailey that came out on top for being what judges described as a "custodian of the construction industry". Over the past three years, the company has undergone a comprehensive transformation in the way it does business, in an attempt to future-proof the business, there is now a more equal split of work across traditional building, construction, infrastructure and services.
