Construction disputes continue to have a negative effect on the industry around the world, Understanding the possible outcomes, should a dispute arise, remains critical to minimising risk and avoiding unnecessary costs. Some have estimated that in Australia alone around $7bn is wasted in disputes in construction each year. To explain such issues, CIOB and Hill International are holding their Masterclass series again throughout 2013. The year starts with two events in Australia, then a Masterclass in London which will examine the complexities of insurance in construction.
