Stock markets around the world seemed to brush aside the new crisis in Ireland's sovereign debt liabilities, and its implications for the strength of the Euro in November. Although there was a downward blip in the markets at the height of the crisis in mid-November, investors seemed to get over it quickly, with markets returning to growth by the end of the month.
