Exjet Services was tasked with replacing a sewer in Torquay, UK, and developed a no-dig option to mitigate the difficulty of having an inaccessible pipeline of varied diameter. Open excavation was also not a safe or economic option on the site, which was in the historic heart of the city, while job also coincided with high tourist season. Exjet opted to use its Brawoliner 3D lining system to complete the work - technology that was developed especially to meet the demands of pipelines with varying dimension changes or situations where several diameter jumps occur over one pipe length.
