Dozer certification

German certification agency TUV Rhineland issued a CE certification for Shantui's SD13YE bulldozer, clearing it for sale in Europe. During its prototype stage, the manufacturer said the SD13YE was subjected to rigorous testing before being sent to TUV Rhineland for inspection. The SD13YE is the latest in Shantui's fledgling line of fully hydraulic bulldozers, which also includes the 73.5kW SD10YE and the 59kW SD08YE.
