PS-AS robotic total stations are designed for applications such as stakeout, and as a key component of a Local Positioning System used for 3D machine control. The auto-tracking total station series combines the latest in tracking, motorized turning, angle accuracy and software technology, Topcon says. Features include TSshield, the company's security and maintenance technology, and Pow-erTrac technology to increase prism tracking power. Data collector software options include Topcon's Pock-et3D or MAGNET Field Site. The series is available in 1- and 3-arc-second interval versions. The standard kit includes two batteries, dual-tray battery charger, USB flash drive, and accessories.
