Economic constraints do strange things to companies as they find creative ways to save money or get the most from assets to be sold. Many providers and even vendors have opted to buy "experienced" equipment at a far lower cost than brand new gear. To do so, some have turned to a variety of outlets, including everything from auction houses to brokers to eBay.
