It was a delicious experience to walk the hall of this year's Speciality and Fine Food Fair, both because of the quality of the products on offer and for what it says about Britain's budding artisans. There were 160 new exhibitors, many newly launched companies not afraid to experiment with flavours, textures and production methods.
