This month has been particularly busy, not only have I just returned from a hectic Interpack, (which I will review in the June issue) I have also been out and about visiting the Real Food Festival (see page 7) and interviewing Frank Holmann, the CEO of Xoco, about his company's grafting project in Central America (see page 42).rnThis issue also includes reports from my recent trip to France, from the facilities of Roquette (see page 14) and Dumoulin (see page 17).
