MAJOR $500 MILLION FLAGSHIP CONFECTIONERY PLANT EXPANSION PLANS UNVEILED

Russian billionaire Denis Shtengelov has announced plans to double the capacities of the Voronezh confectionery factory, which is one of the largest confectionery producers in the country.The present capacity of the factory is estimated at 450,000 tonnes. This is expected to increase to 1.1 million tonnes.It has been estimated the project is valued at RUB 29 billion (€425 million), with future production anticipated to include almost 60 production lines.
