Latest figures for the cocoa processing sector have revealed a noted upturn in results, according to figures from the European Cocoa Association (ECA).Its latest annual results for 2017 showed that 1,378 metric tonnes of cocoa was ground during the past 12 months - which was up several per cent over last year's figure of 1,343 tonnes.
