The new Concrete Standards - a ready-mixed concrete producer's viewpoint on their impact

The introduction of BS EN 206-1 and BS 8500 on 1 December 2003 across the Tarmac ready-mixed concrete businesses was the culmination of eighteen months' detailed planning and implementation. Two working groups were set up to co-ordinate the changes that the introduction of the new standards required.
