While safety regulations may differ country by country, adequate safety precautions and a fall-down protection can be required for heights from only 1m or even at ground level when, for example, working near water or on the edge of an excavation. Job-built safety installations cost the construction site time and labour; they are sometimes specially made and good for one-time use only. Construction sites save time and are on the safe side when using formwork with integrated safety features or a safety system that offers maximum safety from the start and comes with a modular design that allows it to be flexibly adapted to varying wall formwork setups.
