The cooperation of the Heidelberg Cement Croup and Bibko Umwelttechnik & Beratung GmbH resulted in a successful outcome. Among other things, a mobile residual concrete recycling plant including winter equipment has now been delivered to a concrete plant in north-west Russia.rnFor the remaining concrete as well as the resulting residual water of the washed out truck mixer, the Industry Petrobeton group of companies (HeidelbergCement Group) is using in the Russian city Saint Petersburg a residual concrete recycling plant of the Bibko company located in Beilstein. With more than 1,250 recycling systems running all over the world, the company is one of the leading suppliers in this field.rnThe system of Bibko offers a recycling capacity of 20 m3/h and is completely furnished with a corresponding recycling water treatment plant. As in case of stationary plants the solids > 0.2 mm are washed out accordingly. The water containing the fine particles < 0.2 mm is transported to a parallel recycling water tank. Here, the fine particles are kept in suspension by means of circular stirring. The fine particles as well as the residual water are fed back to the mixing process. The mobile version of the plant includes a corresponding steel tank installed on the frame. Thus, time-consuming on-site construction works for tanks and installations provided by the customer are no longer necessary. The plant is prepared ready to be connected, and just water and electricity have to be connected on the spot. All components of the plant are supplied hot-dip galvanized. The plant is supplied with additional equipment for winter operation, because of the enormous variations in temperature prevailing in Russia.
