Precast concrete producers and construction contractors frequently ask if transport anchors used to lift precast elements require CE marking. This question can be answered only by a pronounced "Yes, in principle - if only there were a European regulation that could be used to ascertain conformity". Therefore, in reality, the answer to this question is "No". This ambiguous answer obviously requires further clarification.%Immer wieder wird aus Kreisen der Betonfertigteilindustrie und der Montageunternehmen die Frage gestellt, ob Transportanker zum Anheben von Betonfertigteilen ein CE-Zeichen benötigen. Die Frage lässt sich eigentlich fast wie „Radio Eriwan" beantworten: „Im Prinzip ja, wenn man nur eine europäische Vorschrift hätte, mit der man Konformität bestätigen könnte". Praktisch beantwortet man diese Frage daher mit „Nein". Diese zwiespältige Antwort bedarf natürlich einer Erläuterung.
