Among the MCT concrete distribution system solutions to optimize the flow of concrete on precast factories, the smartest tool is the concrete spreader type BR, one of the best results of the research and development efforts by MCT engineers to achieve the maximum functionality, efficiency and reliability for rapid and precise casting of concrete under any conditions. This type of machine has evolved from the first prototypes in the '70s to the latest generation versions, always more versatile and user-friendly, the result of years of experience and development. The casting machine type BR is designed to feed concrete to any kind of mold or formwork, and it can be moved using a failsafe radio remote control unit along the mold and up/down with custom strokes to reach a range of heights based on the feeding device, to clear obstacles and to reach minimum height for the pour. It is therefore specifically designed based upon the dimensions of the building where it operates, and the bucket can rotate 180° other than control the weight of concrete left in the machine. Discharge gates are specifically designed upon the receiving mold or formwork pattern, or to achieve the maximum flexibility for the pouring in different molds in the production hall or building.
