Some recent awards have honored projects that have taken that transcendent step.rnThe Decorative Concrete Council (DCC), a specialty council of the American Society of Concrete Contractors, announced the winners of its second annual Decorative Concrete Awards competition earlier this year. The competition was open to both DCC members and nonmembers. The entries were judged on craftsmanship, aesthetics, functionality, and creativity.
