Economic Experience Measured in Relative Terms

This analysis is based on our annual survey of 200 IT organizations. In the study, we ask each respondent what their ROI experience was with each of the technologies and initiatives over a two-year period. The IT organizations could respond that their ROI was positive, break-even, or negative.rnThe survey also asked participants whether TCO over a two-year period was less than expected, same as expected, or more than expected. Total cost of ownership includes implementation costs and the cost of ongoing maintenance and support.
