Despite a significant (and, in hindsight, predictable) drop last year, customer interest in data network operations outsourcing appears relatively consistent. At the same time, the level at which customer organizations outsource their data network operations is also decidedly stable. It is not surprising, then, that our study finds the market for data network administration outsourcing services will likely remain relatively status quo.
