Who would argue over the need for customer-friendly and functional bus/tram stops? An extensive range of tasks is linked to the design, assembly and maintenance of such installations. This report focuses on the discussion of topical aspects related to the management of bus stops, against the background of on-going changes in so far as accepting responsibilities is concerned. It is noted that the points under review are also applicable to railway stations.
