Establishing a competitive intelligence culture within an organisation is a key element to the success of any competitive intelligence practice. However it's one of the most difficult things to bring about and is often a subject that's largely ignored by existing best practice and models. The UK Competitive Intelligence Forum was grateful to host Suzanne Jones from the Lloyds Banking Group and Paul Adams from Rolls Royce to share and lead an interactive networking event exploring paths to either a ‘top down approach' or ‘bottom up' approach to developing a CI culture in a Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) company.
