Employment prospects in the transport sector for the second quarter are set to remain strong, according to the latest ManpowerGroup survey. Transport firms are looking to expand their workforces in the coming months, boosted in particular by the upturn in construction, the report said. Manpower Group sector director Simon Edwards said: "We're seeing demand for warehousing staff, lorry loader operatives and category C and C+E drivers, which we'd expect to take off as the outlook in the construction sector improves."
