Loss of customers scuppered rebirth of SW Freight Logistics

AN EXODUS OF CUSTOMERS at SW Freight Logistics when it entered administration earlier this year (see investigation, page 14) was the main reason its pre-pack incarnation SWFL failed just four months later, according to insolvency practitioners. In a report to creditors of SWFL in Newport, the joint administrators said that after SW Freight Logistics went into administration in April 2017, the business and assets were sold for £7,500 to SWFL in a pre-pack deal.
