LIKE ALL TRUCK manufacturers Scania wants its dealer network to meet the highest standards. To encourage this the Swedish manufacturer holds a Depot of the Year (DotY) evaluation to incentivise and reward dealers for achieving targets, implementing development actions and exceeding standards. Although it is keen to stress that no one dealership in its network is better than another, the DotY 2016 title went to Scania North East's Darlington facility.
