T-Charge live from October

LONDON'S T-CHARGE will become effective from 23 October. Trucks entering the city will have to be Euro-4 compliant, the same as for London's Low Emission Zone. However, vans face a step up from their LEZ Euro-3 requirement. Unlike the LEZ, cars are included and will need to be Euro-3 or above. Non-compliant vehicles face a £10 penalty on top of the £11.50 Congestion Charge Zone fee and it will be effective in the same area.
